Excellent comment, much better than the article itself:

Quit putting the cart before the horse!

Harper doesn't want to meet you until Ontario's Ring of Fire Development Corporation has a clear business plan.

Determine the Devco's structure, goals, time-lines, guiding principles, consensus on its next steps by transparent participation from First Nations, mining companies, provincial government agencies and the ONTC.

Unify the rules of memorandum of understandings, (MOU's) for all First Nations and resources development corporations, like it's done in Quebec.

Hammer out resource sharing.

Produce the Deloitte report's recommendation on the best infrastructure to get the $50B worth of chromite and $10B nickel to market at a world competitive prices, while giving First Nations service roads, affordable energy, and communications.
