Bad smell, half truths, misleading?

Which mining companies are Grand Chief Martin and Wynne alluding to in a partnership with the Ontario government and the Mushkegowuk to expand ONTC freight rail service on the James Bay Coast and eventually east west to the Ring of Fire mining development?

Well there is a backdrop image of Cliffs Natural Resources 'Black Thor' as Wynne says Ontario is open to discussion in the CTV interview.
