Please Le Penseur can you explain: plus 25 million for loss of opportunity and delays. How did you arrive with 25 million for loss. I feel we lost way more and everything is pending access to ROF. We constantly hear ROF value of $60 billion blah blah blah and yet KWG is down to $.02/shre. Pathetic and all this non sense because of Cliffs and feet draging politicians.
