In July 20 14 the Ontario Divisional Court allowed 2274659's appeal, set aside the decision of the Mining Commissioner and allowed 2274659's application to dispense with the consent of CCC. CCC has been granted leave to appeal this decision to the Ontario Court of Appeal. CCC is currently required to perfect its appeal by April 30th , after which 2274659 will have 60 days to file responding materials
