A takeover of KWG would cost NOT about $300 to $500M which I don't think they can come up with. The only logical thing would be to combine them together which will make them viurtualy the owners of the route, patent, $100B + of chromite and the largest ROF land owners not to mention the nickel the uncovered and other rare minerals in the area.
