In reality nothing has changed except Not has a higher debt to repay. Where are the "funding" entities that Kwg and Not constantly reference. Ownership has now been resolved and Cliffs is out of the picture. At minimum why aren't we seeing MOU with these supposed interested parties.

If we are to believe then these entities have been following ROF activities all along and seems now wd be the time to become a participant to validate the future viabilty of ROF. It's going to be a few years before any ore is mined but plans need to be made now.

It doesn't matter what Kwg and Not do now they have no financing to proceed with anything.
