Because if they can't amend the terms for Black Horse, come to a deal with Probe or Noront or a third entity, or come up with two million dollars, then this company is pretty much history. Nothing like documenting the death of a company.

Although I feel like I'm being overly dramatic here. Frank won't want to kill the goose that lays the golden eggs. Let's hope he has something up his sleeve. He's engineered a lot of miracles in the past.
