The court proceedings tomorrow are only important because if the finding is for KWG, the obstructers will have to pay damages eventually, while if the decision is to uphold the appeal against KWG, no road is going to be actually built by NOT along the claims. In any case, KWG can proceed with the railway without permission from NOT, since if a private road for the use of one company can be built on these claims without permission from KWG, they/we can certainly build infrastructure on these same claims regardless of any speculative plans by anyone else.
