If KWG wins the appeal and is granted compensation ( down the road ) from NOT, how much would it be?

3 million? Just throwing a number out there.

It may be in KWG's best interest if the share price does not appreciate at the moment. I know we all want to see it go up, but this might not be the right time. Hear me out.

KWG wins and is granted the said 3 million. If we wanted to buy our shares back from NOT at current market price of .02, that could get KWG all 115 million shares that NOT currently has and $700,000 in the bank

If the price goes up to .025 cents, KWG gets all shares back and $100,000 in the bank.

At .03 cents a share, we would only get 100 million shares back, leaving a balance to NOT of some 15 million shares.

Timing is everything. Is it possible that KWG would / could, threw some entity, keep the price artificially down? In this weird instance NOT would want to sell their KWG shares at the highest price, but KWG would want to buy at the lowest price.
