Don't know if are aware as a "newby", the NS road Cliffs wanted the Govt. to finance has already been staked out by KWG and is once again before the courts, only this time, Noront is trying the same Cliffs game. We all know, NOT has no intention of ever putting this road through as this issue could be tied up in the Courts forever, especially now that KWG seems to have ignited the interest of the Chinese to possibly come onboard with KWG to develop a Railroad over this same Esker, Cliffs and now NOT seem to want to utilize to the detriment of KWG. rj
