Ideally, from his perspective, our reduction technology and all mineral claims would be sold at bargain prices. Then he can produce that Delloitte Report, declare that actually a rail link is more economic, release funding for roads servicing the various communities, and look forward to a lucrative retirement sitting on several company boards.

He might even be hoping his CLF buddies make a come-back, for all I know.
