5.) Yes...following Chinese commitment to feasibility study(imo feasibility is a no brainer based on existing data obtained by KWG with Krech and economic viability from Tetra Tech trade-off study and Deloitte report) and a share consolidation of at least 2:1 with a placed PP as part of the deal.
