You may want to check out "Baosteel Stainless Steel Co., Ltd" a specialty steel division of Baosteel. Baosteel is in the top 10 world stainless producers. Similarly you can produce nickel or chromite based stainless. Not saying that is where the ROF chromite may end up but its a possibility.
