If they blow this chance (probably because they do not have the $1B tucked away) there should be some consideration by stockholders from all companies in the ROF to bring legal action against the provincial government for delaying a potential mega-project because of their poor choices todate.

Picked the wrong company to back right from the start and it has snowballed from there. They have spent millions on their ROF "leadership" group and after years of "work" they still have no documented plan on how to proceed????

This is of course IMHO.
