I think you hit the nail on the head. The secret to success in the ROF is having no interference from the provincial government. Let the mining companies, the first nations representatives, the federal government and industrial partners work out agreements that benefit all (including Ontario).
Doing nothing but talking gets you no where. Saying we have worked the last 3 year training people gets you no where, if you were not smart enough to start creating the work for them. Ontario may have done a great job training people who are going to have to move to BC or Quebec to put their skills to use.
Let's get on with it and start a "Work" plan instead of starting another planning comittee.
