Black Horse deposit has an Inferred Resource Now 85.9 Million Tonnes @ 34.5%
The comments from VP Moe Lavigne are so long overdue that I wondered if ever they would respond. We have seen the distain of KWG by first Cliffs and now Noront, such as Noront Ceo Alan Coutts stating that the Chinese would most certainly talk to NOT first about their involvement in the ROF, and who needs chromite now, it can stay in the ground for years. Who needs a railroad, not for many years. Listen to what Moe had to say about all this -
"KWG's established relationshop with the Chinese, represents a distinct advantage over Noront"
"KWG never had any intention of taking taxpayer money, and critized Noront for being dependent on the government."
"KWG's plan has never required taxpayers to subsidize transportation infrastructure, it's always been from private sector investors. We've never asked for a handout from the Province, that's the point of distinction between us and Noront."
"In fact, Noront's business plan makes no sense because they are asking taxpayers to spend more on a road than they're likely to make in a decade."
"We personally don't think it's correct for taxpayers to fork over 500 million so some one can make $120 million over 11 years."
"All Noront is offering is jobs, and we're offering more than jobs. We want First Nation participation on the front end instead of just handing over a bunch of jobs on the tail-end."
Way to go Moe! Great to see KWG finally take off the gloves and come out swinging. We tried to play nice and what did it get us? We are the little Company that could and we are showing the world how one such small Company can and will survive inspite of all the sharks trying to bring it down. Great day for KWG. rj
