I will vote no
It is too close to a number of decisions to occur which will raise the share price. If good things come then a change in a few cents makes a lot of difference to the share price. If decisions head south then a share price can drop from $9 to a few cents this will kill the small shareholder. If the share price stayes at 2.5 cents and decisions are bad then the share price would drop to maybe 1 cent (this would mean $3 for 300 shares) this is a lot better. do the math
