I agree with you and still recommend to vote no. If no new shares were created or was controlled maybe this move would make sense.
One side note: if you had a super share which is selling for say $9.60 how does it convert back to the penny stock if 9.60 divided by 300 is 3.2 cents? Is the penny sock worth 3 cents or 3.5 cents?
How long does it take to make the conversion from super share to single share or visa versa?
