Thanks for the insight KD

How does all this effect us holders of the common shares?  I assume we would not receive any dividends from the new purchase but would just hopefully see a SP rise due to the value of KWG overall? 

Would there be a new listing so preferred shares could be traded separately from common shares?

It seems like a company within a company?
