Progress on the 300 to one. Thank you for the good news. Some questions:
- On the CSE web site for the KWG A share it discloses there are 50 000 shares available. Where did they come from?
- How will this help KWG? If the multi voting share MVS goes up by say 10 percent next week. No one will be able to sell them because the regular share will be cheeper. No rounding is allowed when converting. So unless the MVS goes up by an interval equal or greater than the half cent increments on the regular share, the MVS is more expensive and not worth buying? Should the price of the MVS be restricted and only go up and down in price jumps equal to the half cent interval on the regular share?
- What happens if investors buy all of the 50000 MVS shares available (I imagine someone has $300 000 to risk on KWG)? Will more become available? Will they magically appear or will they appear only if people convert?
- Does that make the MVS a public private placement?
