After reading the last few posts, I feel I must put in my .015 cents.....do you realize that no one at KWG has received a Salery in 3 years now. They are determined to make this work. But in order to do so. They must raise capital. If you are worried about them going bankrupt,,,,well you should started worrying about that 3 years ago when they started running on fumes

So voting NO is only hurting their chances to make anything happen. Voting NO is only putting them closer to bankruptcy 

Vote with them and give them a chance
