A warm welcome to all the NOTs.  I am a NOT and KWG shareholder and have been around for some time, mostly in and out of this KWG board.  I was also a Spider Resources shareholder so I'm currently 2 out of 3 in buyouts!

My sense and my opinion is that we are approaching some very exciting times.

I have always believed that KWG would be approached/pursued at some stage.  You simply can't get into the Ring without having to face KWG.  I think the Noront/Wyloo romance is going to accelerate this.  It is my opinion that KWG will go in quick succession.  These mining giants are sitting on heaps of cash and they must be feeling pressure to identify and prioritize next generation deposits and bring them to production.  If past behaviour is any indication, I think they will move quick to consolidate a mining region (look what Wyloo did with nickel in western Australia) so that they own all the stakes and can approach government, FNs and other stakeholders once.

Nickel may be the order of the day due to popularity EVs, but chromite will continue to retain generational value.  In addition, KWG has the land corridor for transportation, natural gas processing technology to make steel production greener, a solid management team, etc.

My two cents only.  Consider your own options and circumstances and do your own due diligence.

 Keep Digging
