The Honourable Elizabeth Dowdeswell, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, will deliver the Speech from the Throne.

The west hallway of the second floor will be secure from 12:30 p.m. until the end of the speech. The speech will be broadcast through the Legislative Broadcast Services.

Following the conclusion of the Speech from the Throne, Peter Bethlenfalvy, Minister of Finance, will re-table the 2022 Ontario Budget Bill (A Plan to Build Act). This will be followed by a media availability in the media studio at around 3:00 p.m.
