Well it is time to stop playing to the open hand. As a country we have paid for past histories over and over again. We have over the past 80 years have tried through consessions with Native indian nations to give them the ability to govern theme selves but those in power tend to syphon of funds for themselves. we cannot even audit the millions they recieve to make sure what they recieve is used accordingly.
