This is a first. I have not seen a positive article from the National Post on the ROF in all the time I have been around since 2009. 

I  too wonder how information gets to some and not the shareholders. I have continued to do my DD on this company weekly and I now wonder really Rio???

They were pretty quiet during the Noront takeover and Frank always said they were working with a company with deep pockets but never got their name. Still wondering.

Honestly, I thought it was another company.
