Spoke to Kimber this morning. Short position on KBR, the most recent report (as of Feb 29, 2008) states 1,170,350 shares are short on the Canadian side. That's approx 500,000 they've covered since the last update that I saw here.

They will know tomorrow morning what the latest is and I'll post it here as soon as I find out. I've asked , if it's possible to post the information on the website as there is a lot of interest in it at the moment. They're looking into this request. If they can legally do that, they will.

The shorts have got to be feeling this....surely! and from what SB says, they are fighting a loosing retreat.
