Why Kimber is a Value

Creating value through Exploration and Development in the Sierra Madre of Mexico
A friend asked me privately to go over again some of the reasons why I think Kimber is a value:
1. The Precious Metals Bull Markets are upon us. Eric King made a very good point several months ago when he said, "I hate gold and silver companies, but it's where you have to be, because that's where the bull market is." This is very important to understand. A lot of money can be made even in mediocre companies that are in the right industries at the right times.
2. The collapse of paper currency worldwide will make gold and silver more valuable and is making gold and silver more valuable day by day. No fiat currency has ever survived. Read Fiat Currency and Inflation in France by Andrew Dickson White as recommended by James Turk and you will read a great history that parallels exactly what is happening here with our currency, exactly.
3. Mexico is a relatively stable place for mining, a good mining culture without mining expertise that is being provided by the Canadians and most importantly an awareness on the Mexicans' part that this is the case.
4. Backing: Puplava and Eric King have thrown their entire intellectual and a good part of their financial weight behind this company. They will fight to the death to see it succeed. I would not bet against either of them.
5. Gold and silver in the ground. Over 2 million ounces demonstrated, with the potential to see another 2-3 gold equivalent ounces in the next 24 months.
6. Cheap price: Kimber has been beaten down by a group of people who really don't know what Kimber has or have the inclination to discover what Kimber has. They just keep pressing buttons. Therefore, Kimber is on sale. You are buying gold in the ground for around $45 an ounce. And they are estiimating gold equivalent ounces with silver at 1/75th of gold. What happens when silver goes to $100 an ounce as James Dines predicts?
7. Also, if monetary systems collapse worldwide, and gold does retake it's place as money, it will become very, very valuable and the US will need it to function. IF the US needs something, it will take it, and if it has to take it, it will be much easier to take it from Mexico than from Russia or China or even Venezuela. Could the US annex the Sierra Madre?I doubt it, but I also would have doubted that a black man could be running for president or that nurses I work with at the hospital could get tattoos on their arms without being convicted felons. Anything is possible if things get bad enough. Bull
Still, by far the most important part of this equation is what Puplava brings to the table. He has very deftly over years assembled a group of contacts and people around him that have a hand on the pulse of the entire gold and silver mining industry. He can make a phone call and get information about peak oil, gold price manipulation, naked short selling, the federal reserve, just about any subject of imortance to us as investors in Kimber. We can do that too, but not to the extent that Puplava can, and we won't get the quality of information that Puplava can. In a time like this quality of information is very important. He is giving a lot of people access to his show for promotion and believe me, when this thing turns, and it will, those people will remember how he saw it when no one else did. The plan is to set Kimber up to be bought out. When gold hits over 1500 or 2000 and Agnico Eagle and Minefinders and Goldcorp are minting money and going on the acquistion trail, they will come knocking on Puplava's door. "Hey, Jim, we need to get some more ounces on our balance sheet. Do you know of any companies with gold in the ground in our neighborhood?" Puplava just might smile the long-awaited and deserved smile and say, "I might know one."
I don't want any of you to underestimate the importance of this factor when considering buying Kimber. Steve Jobs took a company on the verge of destruction and made it a powerhouse. One man can change everything. Mines are made. They are not found. Jim Puplava and Eric King are really bummed out right now because of what the shorts are doing to Kimber, but they are fighting them. The problem the shorts have that they don't yet realize is that they have showed up with knives to a gun fight. Eric King and Jim Puplava are going to beat the living crap out of these guys, and you and I are going to reap the benefits. Bull
