I am a fan of Hill as well, and agree with him on most points - except for some of his ideas about the New World Order and that Roosevelt's policies in the 30's were something we all needed to build upon - for the good of the country of course! Hill worked in Roosevelt's administration, as I recall.

What do you want to bet that the States get federal grants to bring the Speed Limit down to 55. The States also need tax revenue, and speeding is a slam dunk. Each copper probably gets $50-100 bonus per ticket, so they get to keep up with inflation at our expense.
