Baires,

I have just spent the better part of my morning reviewing your post history. I must say that I am confused. You tend to focus and grasp onto anything that seems to have a negative nature to it when it applies to Kimber Resources or the Sierra Madre. In fact, you seem to often be comparing TDC and Kimber. This does not seem to be the case in your posts in the TDC forum, and you seldom if ever mention Kimber in those posts. This brings me to a couple of thoughts. Are you interested in purchasing shares of Kimber Resources?? It no longer appears to me that you are. In fact it appears more so that you are maneuvering in a way to sow seeds of doubt in the Sierra Madre as a whole, and more pointedly at Kimber. One might even say that you appear to be an extremely savvy stock operator, trying to steer loyal investors of Kimber toward exiting their Kimber position and considering the Yellowknife area of Canada......hmmmm......maybe Tyhee. Maybe not a professional of which Jim speaks about, but still not without motive. Maybe I am wrong, but I don't think so. I am sorry but I do not appreciate these tactics. I have heard your Qcalls and am quite certain that you are a very bright, articulate and resourceful individual, so I simply am not buying, the, 'What happened with Minefinders?', bit. I think you are trying to seize another opportunity to point out your position that Mexico is not a safe district for mining.

Here's how I see it. Agoracom is a Small Business Shareholder Community based forum. This is the Kimber shareholder forum. You, self-professed in a prior post, are not a shareholder of Kimber. Peddle your wares elsewhere please. I will be adding your name to my ignore list upon writing this post and strongly suggest the other members of this forum do so as well. Don't take my word for it people, review Baires post history on the Kimber forum and the history on the TDC forum and decide for yourselves. Maybe he is simply convicted in his investment in Tyhee and there is no malicious motive regarding his posts on the Kimber blog, but it really doesn't matter, because either way it is counterproductive to our views and what we are trying to accomplish here. Sincerely,

Seeker
