Creating value through Exploration and Development in the Sierra Madre of Mexico
Kimber Folks: Somebody removed Robert's (gold777's) somewhat disgruntled message from yesterday. If it was you, could you please contact me and just let me know. I've got nothing personal against you whoever you are, but would like you to consider this:
Freedom of speech, or the freedom of expression is recognized in international and regional human rights law. The right is enshrined in Article 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights, Article 13 of the American Convention on Human Rights, and Article 9 of theAfrican Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights.[3] The freedom of speech can be found in early human rights documents, such as the British Magna Carta (1215) and "The Declaration of the Rights of Man" (1789), a key document of the French Revolution.[4] Based on John Stuart Mill's arguments, freedom of speech today is understood as a multi-faceted right that includes not only the right to express, or disseminate, information and ideas, but three further distinct aspects: International, regional and national standards also recognise that freedom of speech, as the freedom of expression, includes any medium, be it orally, in written, in print, through the Internet or through art forms. This means that the protection of freedom of speech as a right includes not only the content, but also the means of expression.[3] What I am hoping most of you will start realizing is that this board is much larger than Kimber Resources. I’m not worried about Kimber Resources. That’s basically a slam dunk deal. It's where we will all go after Kimber Resources that intrigues me about this board. Will we all some day meet in Zurich and share a dinner together? How many of us will there be at that time? Robert won’t be there. That will be punishment enough. To be given a chance to see something, really see something in life and to close ones eyes and run away from it... how terrible. In Germany, they first came for the communists, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a communist. Then they came for the Jews, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew. Then they came for the trade unionists, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist. Then they came for the Catholics and I didn't speak upbecause I wasn't a Catholic. Then they came for me -- and by that time there was nobody left to speak up.
Please do not forget .... There but for the grace of God go you or I. We are linked much closer to each other than we often care to acknowledge. Bull
