Anyone that has read an econ history book and devoted minimal time to the subject would be very scared right now. I fit that category. The will systematically devalue the dollar, but not only that, but other countries will devalue too. Rather than just the US rushing to hard assets, we all could find that the entire world is rushing to hard assets. Can anyone explain why this thesis may be wrong? I think it's right personally.
