Puplava selling... why?

I was wondering if anyone is concerned with seeing Puplava selling over 200,000 shares last December?

Under 'Ownership Type' it states 'Control or Direction'. Does this mean it was forced selling due to client redemptions? Or should we be worried that something is wrong?
