"Quality" of this downturn? That is an amusing turn of the phrase. It reminds me of the Monty Python skit with the old men sitting around talking about how tough it was for them growing up. "Aye, it was better then, when we were poor..."
"You know, that was a quality recession. Much better than the last."
"Aye, it was quality, though others were poor..."
"And the shorting. Grandpa, tell us how you shorted those bank stocks to zero while you were naked?"
"Now that it's 2020, the banks are so much more responsible with their lending. I just don't think we'll have the quality downturn I've come to expect."
