Speaking of waves...

The great flood of Noah's day was not recorded in the Bible and later alluded to by Jesus as an example of things to come because of its "story" value.

The conditions preceding that event were not dissimilar to what is happening now; violence, bullying, angels leaving the spirit realm to have carnal relations with women, circumstances had become beyond human control.

Things would not have "fixed" themselves, so God intervened. Is Psalm 92:7 perhaps relevant to our times....it must be fulfilled someday.
