No doubt. I will subscribe to that as well - Fundamentals drive the Technicals. Many people misunderstand Tim Wood. Tim believes if there really is a fundamental reason for something to move it will show up in the technicals

As of now though I will average any cash raised from here on out. I'm not afraid of missing the boat. Everytime I get this Fear or Greed of doing so I lose.
