Run a one minute chart for Kimber KBX today at 1:20 or thereabouts you will see a single trade (apparently a market order sell trade) for about 375,000 shares.

Who in his right mind trades like that and at a slack time for market interest.

Simultaneousy, on the Canadian side KBR.TO, someone placed a similar sell order for 56K shares which is quite large volume for that exchange.

I leave the rest to you to work out. In less than one minute the value of the company was reduced by about 20%.
