Joe, Thoughts on Copper and Nickel are this: Both are in uptrends, but I don't know how long the time frame is involving their inevitable rises. And I don't know if a worldwide depression is looming, in which case, they could be stagnant for many years, even decades. I try to reduce the number of variables involved in all my investing activities. That is what has brought me to gold and silver. Any type of economic rebound will be based on massive money creation i.e. inflation and gold and silver will rise with everything else. If there is no rebound, but still massive money printing to the point of collapse and their is the Kondratieff winter of massive deflation, then with the destruction of the dollar, gold and silver will retake positions as money and go up tremendously. Either way, gold and silver will win. Copper and nickel may win, but I cannot be sure. How many times were copper and nickel mentioned in the book of Genesis? This does not imply that I am investing on faith alone, only that certain monetary standards have been around for a long, long time. And they have been for a reason. Thanks for the question. It gets me to write, and I like writing. Bull
