The "Boost" in the Dow is simply a Mirage (IE It is NOT REAL). The inflated Dow is not real and simply cannot be sustained. To get out of the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression we simply Increased our debt and spent more money. Imagine doing that with your personal finances? It can't work!!
