You're right - I made a miscalculation this morning. Too many things going on in the background, lost my focus and know that I am way off. I'll have to go back and recheck this later when I have more time. It's still a great estimate for just the Carmen deposit, though.

Off to New Jersey to buy more undervalued assets trading below "book" value.
