I will assume it is because it is easier to be confident and jovial?loquatious when times are good...This is another great oppurtunity presented to us but I suspect some are probably very afraid,and understandably so...We need to unite together as a board(team)and support the weakest amonst us..I myself have been in situations where I have second guessed my convictions and have been afraid..It is only natural..The board is here to help as best we can...I personnally beleive that by this time next year we will all be very ecstatic and glad we had the resolve to stick it out...It is very hard right now,But beleive in yourself and your peers and we should all be fine..I will attach my email if anyone would like to ask a question or discuss something off the board...sometimes people feel their questions might be deemed stupid or insignificant but rest assured that is not the case..
