Fellow board denizens:
Some queries designed to stimulate debate.
1) With Kimber trading in double digits price-wise for another day, is this a massive buying opportunity, or merely a stage on the way back to prices such as .65, or even .45? How much powder are you keeping dry in the event there is further substantial decline to come?
2) Several posts have taken comfort that there are several holders of large positions in this stock. My question has to do with their eventual exit from a stock whose daily trading volume is not great. If the company is eventually taken over, shares theoretically could be tendered to the acquiring company with no problem. If, however, these large position holders attempt to cash out through the market on a future price rise, even if they are measured in their actions, they would seem to present a major drag on performance. Imagine trying to drain a bathtub through a soda straw.
So, I'm eager to get some thoughts on these items.
