if most major holders felt it was disappointing the strock would have went down further..I think most are waiting for the scoping study and if positive I would beleive that an offer would be imminent..anyone waiting for the 10 dollar offer is dreaming..althoiugh i fee3l its agreat resource I honestky do not beleive this management or board has any intention on going into production(unless as a jv)so the 10 price tag is a wet dream(again only my opinion)
