It used to be that this company was primarily considered a gold play. That is why I got in back in 2006. Now I think it is more of a silver play. This company will prove up multiples of silver compared to gold. Silver is rapidly becoming scarce at this time. Maybe many years down the road silver will not be scarce. But stockpiles are very limited now. Just look at the backwardation at the Comex. I think a lot of these gold jrs are greatly undervalued. JMHO
Check out KIMBER ANNOUNCES POSITIVE PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT FOR MONTERDE GOLD-SILVER PROJECT, MEXICO in June 2010. In this study, silver was priced at $14 an oz. and $875 an oz for gold and it would be profitable at those prices.
FYI I have been long this stock for several years, in at 1.04 for 17,500 shares.
