The debate is a of prerogative all members of a socialist party.

Knowing this ,the comity headed by Correa decided to implement a temporary legislative commission ,of only few members, to deal with more imminent amendments to be turned into law.

This doesn't mean they will on time but at least they are addressing the problem.
