I'm of the opion, like you guys, that this is a great deal. The best one Kinross has made this year. They've even consolidated ownership. They have a good working reltionship with the government in Chile. They seem to have everything they need to make this mine a success, including the management and experience.

Anglo American is hurting from restructuring and low platinum prices. Teck is reeling from making the right move at completely the wrong time. And Kinross is getting a steal.

I wasn't too sure about Burt when he bought Aurelian. But I really like him today.
