One question, am I wrong on this or not. If the price of K hits $32 would the warrant not become exercisable at that price and become a share of K therefore being worth $32 as well. So if a person didn't exercise the warrant and K was trading at $42 then the warrant would be worth $42 as well.

Also a person would be crazy not to buy the warrants compared to the shares of K just for the fact if K goes from $22 to $32 a ($10 move) the warrant goes from $6 to $32 a ($26 move)So am I out to lunch on this or correct. Wes
