Right on!!! Tye has proven to be a very shrewd operaytor & I'm very sure he has done his homework before entering this deal. You can be sure the odds are stacked in our favour. I would prefer to trust his judgement over mine or others guesses.

As we sit up here in the Frozen North I can remember being screwed by our Govts. as they abolished Income Trusts. More recently Alberta changed tax laws & investors & Companies ran from the Province. In every country you must obtain a permit for a natural resource operation or it has no value to that company. There is some risk in every country.
