Knight Reports Remaining Results From West Raglan; Expanded 2008 Program Planned
3/2/2008
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Mar 2, 2008 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --

Mr. Harvey Keats, Chief Executive Officer of Knight Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:KNP)(FRANKFURT:KRL), reports the remaining results from drilling completed in 2007 on the West Raglan Project at the Frontier South, Century and Seahawk zones, including platinum and palladium results for holes reported in December. Elevated platinum and palladium occur with high-grade, nickel-bearing sulphide mineralization, as highlighted in diamond drill holes WR-07-141 and WR-07-142 (see table below and news release: December 20, 2007).

(i) New results

Results for all drilling completed in 2007 at the Greater Frontier Area are reported in the attached tables.

The drill results from 2007 clearly demonstrate the occurrence of multiple nickel-bearing sulphide zones that occur at the base of stacked ultramafic units in a similar geological setting to that reported from Xstrata's Raglan Mine located 150 kilometres east of the Greater Frontier Area. Mobilization of fuel and supplies was completed on February 24 in support of a 2008 program. In response to the strong drill results returned in 2007, an expanded program, budgeted at $8 million, is planned to follow up results in the Greater Frontier Area and to explore highly prospective ultramafic units along the Raglan Horizon elsewhere on the property.

The Greater Frontier Area is comprised of multiple ultramafic units that occur over a 6 kilometre strike length along the Raglan Horizon (see www.knightresources.ca). Drilling in the Greater Frontier Area in 2007 confirms the presence of at least 5 vertically dipping ultramafic units ("A" through "E") that straddle the Raglan Horizon. Stratigraphically, the uppermost ultramafic unit is designated ultramafic unit "A" and the lowermost ultramafic unit is designated unit "E". Mineralization has been identified in units "B", "C" and "D" and occurs as both individual sulphide lenses along embayment structures at the base of the units and as sulphide concentrations within their interiors, similar to mineralization at Xstrata Nickel's Raglan Mine. The well mineralized units "C" and "D" have a strike length in excess of 4 kilometres with much of their extent yet to be investigated by drilling. Nickel tenors (% nickel in 100% sulphides) are similar to those observed at Xstrata's Raglan deposits. Ultramafic units "A", "B" and "E" remain to be investigated.

The West Raglan Project is a joint venture between Anglo American Exploration (Canada) Ltd. ("AAEC") (51%) and Knight (49%). The West Raglan Project, Quebec covers over 710 sq. km and includes approximately 65 kilometres of the Raglan Horizon along which extensive ultramafic rocks typically occur.

AAEC is the operator of the West Raglan Project and is responsible for the sampling, submittal of samples for assay and QA/QC. Samples were cut on site and standards and blanks were added to each sample batch under supervision of AAEC staff. The samples were shipped in secure containers to ALS Chemex in Vancouver. Assaying of samples reported in this news release was carried out and certified by ALS Chemex, of Vancouver, BC (nickel, copper, cobalt and sulphur (Total) by sodium peroxide fusion followed by ICP-AES) (Pb-FA for platinum, palladium and gold). Sample preparation was done by ALS Chemex of Vancouver, British Columbia. Robin Adair, VP of Exploration, is the Qualified Person responsible for the technical information in this news release.
