Hi Paul. Great job to you and the crew at KNR. Nice to see Canada get the jump on the world.
Question about the canister (or whatever terminology) that must be removed and safely disposed of whenever COVID is detected. Given that COVID cases are on the rise, it seems reasonable that your unit will be detecting often. Maybe daily or even more often in a school with dozens of classrooms, for instance. It would be nice if schools were all Fortune 500 companies, but they can barely make ends meet now. How much will they be paying for replacement canisters? Can these canisters be sanitized and re-used? Also curious how big they are and what's involved in replacing them.
One last point, off topic. I listened to your conference call this afternoon on my laptop and your voice volume was quite low even with my laptop volume all the way up. I've read comments on another board, some people who listened to the call had the same problem, some didn't. Any way to pump up the sound volume a bit in future calls? No worries about the share volume, that's doing quite nicely :)
Thanks, and good hunting.
