Though pricing has not been announced, previous communications from Kontrol have stated a price of $12,000/unit for BioCloud and this agreement contemplates 5,000 units (best efforts) per year.

If United Safety -  a global leader in the design and engineering of world-class safety, survivability and technology solutions - can get to this number, then we are looking at potential annual sales of $60,000,000.

But even if they do 1/2 of that, Kontrol is looking at potential revenues of $30,000,000 PER YEAR.
